Shipping Time frame: After placing an order, we will process and ship your products within 3-5 business days. Please note that this time frame does not include weekends or holidays. We strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, and we will notify you via email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Out of Stock Items: In the event that an item you ordered is out of stock, we will promptly notify you via email or phone. At that point, you have the following options:

  1. Wait for the Product to Arrive: If you're willing to wait, we will restock the item and ship it to you as soon as it becomes available. We will provide you with an estimated time frame for restocking and shipping.
  2. Exchange for Another Product: If you prefer an alternative product, we will be happy to assist you in finding a suitable replacement. We will provide you with options of equal or lesser value and make the necessary arrangements for the exchange.
  3. Refund: If you do not wish to wait for the product or choose an alternative, we will issue a refund for the out-of-stock item. The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Shipping Charges: The customer is responsible for all shipping charges associated with their order. The shipping cost will be calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the package. During the checkout process, you will be provided with the shipping cost before completing your order.

Taxes and Duties: Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes and duties imposed by their local customs authorities. These charges may vary depending on your country or region. Please consult your local customs office for specific details regarding import duties and taxes.

Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment and estimate its expected delivery date.

Shipping Restrictions: Please note that certain products may have shipping restrictions based on their nature, size, or destination. In such cases, we will notify you during the checkout process, and alternative arrangements will be made if necessary.

Lost or Damaged Packages: While we take utmost care in packaging and shipping your order, unforeseen circumstances may occur during transit. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately, and we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Beads Gone Wild. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied with your beading kit, or supplies for any reason, we offer a hassle-free return policy to ensure your shopping experience remains enjoyable and convenient. Please read our return policy guidelines outlined below.

  1. Eligibility for Returns:
    • To be eligible for a return, the beading kit or supplies must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
    • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
    • Customized or personalized kits are not eligible for return unless there is a defect or error on our part.
  2. Return Process:
    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at 561 649 9909 or Provide your order number, details about the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
    • Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization code (RAC) if applicable.
    • Please include the RAC or your order number on the package when returning the item. Ship to 4058 Forest Hill Blvd, Palm Springs, Fl 33406.
  3. Return Shipping:
    • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages.
  4. Refund or Exchange:
    • Once we receive and inspect the returned beading kit, we will notify you of the status of your return.
    • If the return is approved, we will issue a refund, minus 20% restocking fee unless the return was due to defect or error on our part.  The refund will be  to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
    • If you prefer an exchange for a different beading kit, we will be happy to assist you in selecting a suitable alternative.
  5. Non-Returnable Items:
    • Certain items are non-returnable, including gift cards, downloadable digital content, and clearance/sale items, unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
  6. Damaged or Defective Items:
    • In the unlikely event that your beading kit arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or provide a refund, including the cost of return shipping.
