Return Policy – Beads Gone Wild

Thank you for shopping with Beads Gone Wild. We want you to love everything you order, but if something isn’t quite right, we offer a hassle-free return policy to keep your experience easy and worry-free.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Customized or personalized kits are not eligible for return unless there is a defect or error on our part.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and/or shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • We’ll notify you of the outcome once we receive and inspect your return.
  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. A 20% restocking fee applies unless the return is due to our error or a product defect.
  • Refunds typically process within 5–7 business days.
