Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Beads Gone Wild. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied with your beading kit, or supplies for any reason, we offer a hassle-free return policy to ensure your shopping experience remains enjoyable and convenient. Please read our return policy guidelines outlined below.

  1. Eligibility for Returns:
    • To be eligible for a return, the beading kit or supplies must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
    • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
    • Customized or personalized kits are not eligible for return unless there is a defect or error on our part.
  2. Return Process:
    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at 561 649 9909 or Provide your order number, details about the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
    • Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization code (RAC) if applicable.
    • Please include the RAC or your order number on the package when returning the item. Ship to 4058 Forest Hill Blvd, Palm Springs, Fl 33406.
  3. Return Shipping:
    • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages.
  4. Refund or Exchange:
    • Once we receive and inspect the returned beading kit, we will notify you of the status of your return.
    • If the return is approved, we will issue a refund, minus 20% restocking fee unless the return was due to defect or error on our part.  The refund will be  to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
    • If you prefer an exchange for a different beading kit, we will be happy to assist you in selecting a suitable alternative.
  5. Non-Returnable Items:
    • Certain items are non-returnable, including gift cards, downloadable digital content, and clearance/sale items, unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
  6. Damaged or Defective Items:
    • In the unlikely event that your beading kit arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or provide a refund, including the cost of return shipping.
